About me

“Real change begins in silence – where we start to hear ourselves.”
My name is Claudia Pártos, and I am a psychologist. In my work, I place great importance on balancing professional knowledge with an authentic, human presence.
I am currently training in integrative and schema therapy approaches, which shape the foundation of my work.
Over the past years, I have completed more than 250 hours of personal self-exploration, both in psychodrama groups and in individual therapy. I believe that only those who engage in their own inner work can authentically support others in theirs.
I divide my time between Budapest and France, which allows me to offer both online and in-person sessions.
The way I work
1. Connection and presence
An open and genuine presence is central to my work. I aim to create a safe space where thoughts and emotions can unfold freely.
2. Perspective
I work in an integrative way, meaning that I tailor different methods to the individual and the specific situation.
3. What matters to me
I see the inevitable challenges of life as a natural part of growth, and I believe it is important to learn how to maintain our balance in a constantly changing, and often demanding, world.
